How do you register your address in Azerbaijan in 2026?

Within 15 days of arrival (30 for Kazakhstani citizens), submit through SMS electronic services, email to qeydiyyat@migration.gov.az, a regional migration department, or an ASAN service centre. Required papers are an application form plus a copy of your passport or border-crossing document, including visa and last-entry pages. SMS states that no state fee applies. After acceptance, SMS enters the data in the Unified Migration Information System and informs the applicant, typically within one working day.

When you change place of stay, re-register at the new address within five working days. Re-registration is not required if you temporarily stay in another unit owned by the same host who already registered you.
