We filter to European countries in our geographic model, then average two editorial factors per country (equal weight): internet strength for daily work, and expat community depth. Higher combined scores rank higher.
What this does not measure: Time zones vs your employer, digital nomad visa income thresholds, or coworking density in one city. Always verify residence and tax rules for foreign income.
