How much are utilities, internet, and transport in Türkiye in 2026?

For 2026, EPDK, the Energy Market Regulatory Authority, set the household high-consumption supply threshold at 4,000 kilowatt-hours a year. Crossing it can move an eligible account from the national retail tariff to the last-resort supply calculation after the regulatory timing rules. The threshold is not a flat bill cap. A modest apartment may plan TRY 1,500-4,000 monthly for electricity, water and gas averaged over a year, but actual bills are seasonal. Antalya air conditioning raises summer electricity. An Ankara or Bursa home using a kombi (individual gas boiler) concentrates gas costs in winter. BOTAŞ, the state gas wholesaler, and local distribution charges feed into retail gas pricing, so a regulated unit price is not the final bill.
