How we calculate these rankings
We filter to Asian countries in our geographic model, then sort by housing affordability, highest first. A higher score means housing tends to take a smaller bite of a typical mover budget.
What this does not measure: One neighborhood's Airbnb spike, foreigner premiums, purchase rules for non-citizens, or deposit customs in a single city.
Updates: Rankings refresh when we redeploy after underlying country data changes.
