Choose Gothenburg for port logistics, manufacturing, Volvo-linked engineering, energy, and a solid but narrower tech and university market. Landvetter covers most trips; some long-haul or specialised connections still route via Stockholm or Copenhagen. Västtrafik trams and regional trains keep the city compact enough that many people live without a car.
