San Mamés and Basurto sit nearer stadium, hospital, and transport nodes. Across the Metro line toward the estuary, Getxo, Las Arenas, and Algorta offer coastal suburbs, beaches, and more house-style living while staying on the Barik-linked network. Hills and steep streets matter when you walk daily with shopping or children.
