Toulouse Aerospace and Montaudran support research and technology in the south-east. Life sciences, the Oncopole cancer research campus, digital technology, cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, universities, and hospitals broaden the market.

This specialisation is valuable if your skills fit it. It can be restrictive for a partner working in a field concentrated in Paris or Lyon. Check both careers before moving on the strength of one aerospace offer.

Capitole and Carmes put shops, restaurants, and cultural life within walking distance, but bring older buildings, noise, and limited space. Saint-Cyprien, west of the Garonne, mixes a local centre with metro access. Compans-Caffarelli works for the university, business school, centre, and airport-side journeys.

Minimes and Borderouge offer northern options on Metro line B, while Rangueil suits university, hospital, and research access in the south. Côte Pavée and Busca appeal to families seeking residential streets near the centre. Colomiers and Blagnac can shorten an Airbus-area commute, but they create a different suburban routine and may increase car use outside work.
